Resume Production

The Agriprocessor meat plant where nearly 400 workers were arrested on
immigration charges in May has resumed and restored most of its
production.
The Postville plant was the world's biggest kosher meatpacking plant
before last month's raid interrupted business.
Menachem Lubinsky, a consultant for the plant, says managers told him
they've brought in many new workers. Lubinsky says the plant is
producing nearly 70% as much chicken and turkey as before the raid.
